The Mid-Island Chapter Banquet, hosted this year by St. Elizabeth Co-op Credit Union, was held on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at the Chariots Hotel in St. Elizabeth.

The Banquet saw the four Credit Unions in the Chapter namely: Manchester, Clarendon, Kirkvine and St. Elizabeth Credit Unions coming together to culminate the International Credit Union Week Activities. Awards and Citations were presented to the Employee and Member of the Year for each Credit Union. The Manchester awardees were Mrs. Vinnette Quarrie, Member of the Year 2005, and Ms. Janice Gayle, Employee of the Year 2005.
