At Manchester Co-operative Credit Union (1977) Ltd., we provide our members with an opportunity to access loans for activities which will enable them to enhance their standard of living: through the purchase of house, land, motor vehicle or home improvement. We also provide loans to increase one's income and for consumer purposes.

Your loan amounts will depend on your level of savings with us, your ability to repay, your character, your economic and personal conditions, and the form of collateral or security being offered.

Requirements For Loan Application

  • Job Letter
  • Last three (3) month’s payslips
  • Financial Statements (self-employed individuals)
  • Verification of purpose
  • Id (Passport, Driver’s Licence or National ID)
  • Taxpayer’s Registration Number (TRN)
  • Credit Union passbook
You may need one or more of the following depending on the type of loan being applied for.
  • Valuation Report
  • Motor Vehicle Title, Fitness&Registration/ C87
  • Quotation of Comprehensive Insurance
  • Registered Title
  • Surveyor’s Id Report
  • Certificate of Payment of Taxes
  • Character Reference
  • Credit Reference
  • Guarantor(s)
